THANK YOU Chris for writing this great book! I found it easy to read with actionable steps on how to improve your business on multiple levels. I just noticed that there is an Audible version of the book as well, and from the sample read it sounds great!
In this short concise read, you will find many take-aways that you can start doing right now. But for me, the real eye-opener was the concept that I am the biggest investor in my own business and not just an owner/operator. I needed the "Godfather Treatment" to wise up to this game-changing insight. No matter what you do or what your business is -- there is something in this book for you. You'll never hear the phrase "It's just business" the same way again.
Koomey provides practical, actionable advice on key steps to building wealth as a small business owner. This book is short and to the point, as well as fun to read. I own a small business and had never thought of some of his key points for the long term because I am too focused on the short term. Well worth the time to read, make a few notes, and follow up. It is like an annual checkup with your doctor but for your financial health specifically for the small entrepreneur. Five stars.
